A dual occupancy residential development in Coolum Beach on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, designed for a multi-generational family on a steep coastal site with expansive views to the Pacific Ocean and Noosa National Park.
The design uses a mix of construction techniques to work with the challenging topography, including elevated timber framing on posts and suspended concrete slabs. A tiered layout ensures both dwellings remain under the 8.5-metre height limit while maximising ocean views, natural breezes, and privacy.
Construction is currently underway, with completion expected in mid-2026.
