Patrick Jost

Patrick started his architectural career after spending 3 months in the Victorian Alps once he had completed both his Bachelor of Planning and Design (1993) and Bachelor of Architecture at the University of Melbourne (1996).
He then worked at a number of well-known and respected architectural practices in Melbourne before establishing Jost Architects in 2005 and making it a full time career in 2008.
Apart from loving his wife and three kids, he loves architecture, pretending to be extreme in the mountains and the sea and also enjoys the occasional beer and chat.

Cameron Greiner

Cam having completed his Bachelor of Design (Architectural Studies) and Masters of Architecture at Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in Brisbane, Cameron skipped the country in search of the world famous powder of British Columbia, Canada. After living and working in Canada for a year, accruing significant debt and shacking up another Aussie expat, Cameron relocated to Melbourne and joined Jost Architects as the inaugural permanent employee.
Cameron completed his architectural registration in 2016 (with the superb guidance from his employer) and became Associate at Jost Architects in mid-2017.
Outside of the 9 to 5ish, Cameron enjoys playing basketball, exploring the highs and lows of Victoria and watching the world’s (almost) greatest game, Rugby League.

Alexandra Florea
Graduate Architect

Alexandra graduated from the School of Architecture and Urbanism, Cluj-Napoca, Romania in 2012 before moving to the Australian sunshine with her husband in 2013.
She gained experience working on a range of architectural projects in the residential, commercial, mixed use and infrastructure sector since graduation. Early on while studying to be an architect, she was interested in exploring structural solutions that enhance the aesthetic qualities of a building and combining her interest in art inspires Alexandra’s approach to architectural design.
Her practical experience has been complemented by studying in depth, theoretical architectural concepts and history as part of her PhD at Deakin University to be completed in 2018. While completing her PhD, she tutored for the design studio and presented papers on architecture at conferences in Canada and UK. She enjoys cruising down the beach on rollerblades on her downtime (aka The Romanian Rollerblader) and she’s a ninja at darts.
